The agreement was they were going to cover my consolidated payments and I would pay them. It worked great at first. Then the payments stopped and I am paying both Silver line and the loan that was to be consolidated.

I have reached out to figure out what was going on, but they haven’t bothered to respond.

I am very angry and will never use this service again!
